Delete an edge

Deletes a single edge by id. Dual-gated on the source item’s type write permission and the edge type’s write permission. Cascade behaviour on the connected items is determined by the edge type’s cascade_on_delete: cascade deletes connected items, orphan leaves them in place, block rejects the delete if endpoints remain.
